I am tax exempt. How do I rent from you without paying the sales tax?

If you are a Tennessee tax-exempted consumer, you may submit your Sales and Use Certification & your rental information after booking tax-exempt on our website. There will be a place to upload your tax-exempt form on the Renter's Information Form that is automatically emailed for completion upon booking. 


I would like to rent an item for more than 3 days straight. Is there a faster way to reserve that than doing each slot individually through the booking form?

Yes! You may complete the Extended Booking Request Form and we will email you an invoice for credit card payment. Click HERE to complete the form. 


I would like to book more than 3 items at the same time. Is there a faster way to reserve them then by doing them each individually through the booking form?

There's an additional fee I need to pay before my reserved date. How can I pay to ensure my equipment is delivered?

You may pay via credit or debit using the payment processor by clicking HERE.



I would like to add additional time to my booking. Is that possible?

Yes, you may add additional hours to your booking. You must pay an additional fee using our payment processoHERE. Email support below for the exact amount and to confirm the extra time is available before booking.


I would like to book equipment from you but our event is more than 20 miles from Kingsport. Can you serve us?

In most instances we would be able to accommodate farther events for an additional fuel surcharge. Please email our team for a quote. 


Why is sales tax not included in the booking application?

A significant majority of our customers are tax-exempt! (Churches, schools, governments, businesses, etc.) You can easily pay your sales tax due on our bill page HERE
